If you wish to order and pay online, please go to www.wizardmodels.co.uk. If not, list which parts you require, and then:
a) post your order to Wizard Models, PO Box 70, BARTON upon HUMBER, DN18 5XY; or
b) phone or fax your order to (+44) (0) 1652 635885; or
c) e-mail your order to email@example.com, followed by a phone call or fax with your card details. Make the e-mail subject header reasonably descriptive, as "Order" or "Re: Order" are popular with virus spreaders and spammers and are likely to be deleted unopened.
Orders are usually despatched on the day of receipt, except on exhibition weekends. It helps to give your phone number or e-mail address with orders, so I may contact you to ascertain your wishes should any items be temporarily out of stock.
P&P: The standard UK Post & Packing charge is £2.50 for any order value. Overseas mail is charged at 75p plus the cost of postage (total £2.50 minimum).
Payment methods: Remittances should be made by cheque payable to WIZARD MODELS, crossed not negotiable, and must be drawn on a UK Clearing Bank or Building Society, or if from overseas with a London branch, and paid in UK Sterling only. UK Postal Orders are also acceptable. Payment by most credit or debit cards is welcome either by post, phone or fax, if not made personally. Please click here for details of how to pay by card as the range of acceptable cards is now larger, and the information required has changed. Payment by card is recommended for overseas customers so that applying the amount of postage is simplified. Prices are those ruling at date of despatch. All goods supplied remain the property of Wizard Models until paid for in full.
VAT: Wizard Models is VAT registered (number GB 911 3584 42), so non-EU customers will have 1/6th deducted from the order total.
Refunds: A statutory refund for or exchange of defective goods or goods supplied in error will be given provided they are returned undamaged within 28 days of arrival. Wizard Models will also refund reasonable return costs. The cost of goods ordered in error will also be refunded, but you are responsible for the cost of return. Refunds after 28 days (except in the case of faulty items) are at our discretion. Please note that orders paid for by credit/debit card can only be refunded by a credit to the same account.
Data Protection Act: On receipt of an enquiry or order I will normally enter your name and contact details (but not card details) into my customer database. Please state if you have any objections to this.
